Suresh Castellino, Co-Founder of Adamus Advisory, has been a seasoned real estate finance professional, well experienced and networked across stake holders in the Indian real estate industry. Along with his team, he has advised real estate transactions valued at over US$ 1.5 bn and has experience across the investment cycle from deal origination and underwriting to asset management and exits. As a professional in transaction advisory, Suresh is adept at different investment structures including equity/preferred equity, mezzanine & debt, across asset classes as well as across various stages of projects - greenfield, brownfield and operating assets.
Suresh, with over 28 years of experience in real estate investments, financing and asset management, was Head, Capital Markets at HDFC Capital Advisers Ltd., and managed key assets and exits across India.
He was also the Executive National Director, Capital Markets for Colliers International and was responsible for setting up and growing this vertical extremely sucessfully, across the top 7 cities in India Suresh is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI, India), has done his Law degree, L.L.B., from ILS Law College and has completed his Master's in Business Administration - MBA (Finance & Marketing) from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. He is also a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
As Managing Partner at Kakad Group, spearheaded transformation from primarily a residential developer to one that has acquired diverse interests in a variety of real estate asset classes, while building a robust pipeline of over 1 million square feet. Manages responsibilities that comprise strategic planning, land acquisitions, municipal planning, architecture and design, and financing. Established and headed Citigroup’s real estate banking business for India.

Structured and executed transactions ranging from $100 million to $5 billion, providing innovative solutions and generating new business volumes. As Managing Partner at Kakad Group, built strong reputation for developing and delivering exceptional urban residential real estate projects, totalling over 2 million square feet. Visionary approach led to diversification of group into hospitality and proptech sectors, achieving remarkable valuations averaging over 10x in just three years. Led development of state's first affordable housing enclave on outskirts of Mumbai, successfully delivering over 1,000 apartments with an average price of approximately $100,000 each within a tight timeframe of 1,000 days.
